Abstract

The following thesis discusses the reasons for the implementation new for us the institute of disposition testimony in the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyses the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Moreover, the thesis considers some presumed problems.
