Abstract

The article provides a theoretical and legal analysis of the prosecution function in criminal proceedings. On the basis of the norms of criminal procedure legislation and the study of scientific literature, the subjects of the prosecution function and their powers are analyzed, the forms of accusation, the concept of accusation are given, and the constituent elements of the accusation are highlighted.
